We list an event only after checking it on an official town or organizer page, so please include that link.
How to send a tip
Email event tips to readywhenyouare.kits@gmail.com. Please include:
- State
- Town
- Event name
- Date(s), and rain date if any
- Hours
- Official link (town, parks & rec, or organizer page or PDF) — required
- Optional: map link, notes, and your role (organizer, parks & rec, or resident). For tag sales, confirm it's town-wide or trail-style, not a single private sale.
Nothing is published automatically. Every tip is checked by hand first.
